OVERVIEW

Ten Gun Design is a full-service creative agency that combines smart design, innovation, and agility to engage audiences in compelling ways. During my years as a designer there I strove to not only bring my positive attitude and rigorous work ethic to each project I was a part of, but furthermore to ensure that the culture and success of the studio itself continued to see growth and development as the company experienced rapid expansion. From the ground up I drove initiatives to introduce new tools and work flows to the teams, spark fresh ways for the company to collaborate, introduced a suite of social media programs and platforms, and acted as an in-house-multi-tool to push internal headway in a variety of avenues.
