OVERVIEW

Make.Shift is a maker’s space located in the heart of Bellingham’s arts district supporting artists and bands by providing 21 studios, an award-winning gallery, a live music performance space and, a local radio station. In 2015, in collaboration with HandCrank Films, I co-directed a promotional video to help showcase the breadth of activities this wonderful non-profit studio has to offer. Over the course of 6 weeks we planned, shot, and produced a short film to highlight the quirky diversity held within the walls of this creative space. With a film crew of over two dozen individuals, we captured everything from live bands to an inventive quilting expert using Red camera’s, a full supply of meticulous creative energy, and an abundance of coffee, in two days of filming.
