In 2017, Microsoft partnered with several leading technology companies to launch a suite of mixed reality headsets to enter the established, rapidly advancing marketplace of mixed and virtual reality. Within this initiative our team at Ten Gun led a comprehensive research-based exploration to determine how this industry was evolving, and consulted with brand managers to navigate how their products would enter this landscape. We spent time with the existing technology, distilled each aspect of the marketing material involved, and thoughtfully crafted visual stories to truthfully communicate experiences Windows Mixed Reality brought to the consumer.
